Akanemaru’s Anko has been well received for its smooth texture, but in this product we deliberately finished it in order to maintain the lumpy texture. We further reduced the sweet content of “Ryomi Zunda-An” (edamame flavor bean paste) and increased the flavor of Edamame is this “Ryomi Zunda-An Super Low Sugar”. While sugar content of general sweetened bean paste is 52°, we challenged to make it 45°. With this, Zunda lovers are sure to be very satisfied.
