42°TOKACHI Tsubu-An(lightly Sweetened)

Low in sugar content, deliciousness kept as it is.

This is a low-sugar content version of the popular rich bean paste flavor of Tokachi, Tsubu (mashed) An (sweetened bean paste), delivered from the Tokachi Agricultural Cooperative Association in Hokkaido, which is a selected place of production. The normal sugar content is 45° (because the principles of Akanemaru is a sweetness that is elegant and makes you feel like eating it again unintentionally), but we have lowered the sugar content further to 42°. That is a super low-sugar content. Although it is only 3°, it makes a big difference in the taste for those who are concerned about their sugar intake. We are so confident in the taste of our super-low sugar content because Akanemaru’s Anko (sweetened bean paste) uses carefully selected ingredients.

Usable with peace of mind to sweet treats because it is super-low sugar content!

For those who are concerned about sugar intake in their daily lives, we would like them to enjoy rather sweet sweets once in a while. Therefore, how about Ogura Roll Cake? Even making the sponge much less sweet, it is super-low sweet content. Actually, that’s the reason why the original taste of Azuki beans stands out in this roll cake. Western sponge and Japanese Anko (sweetened bean paste), both good advantages are fully effective, top recommended recipe by Anko loving stuff.
